The only downside to this incredible maneuverability is that the larger wheels of the 3 wheel all terrain buggy-wheel buggy may make it difficult to squeeze into tight spaces. This is something to be aware of when your home is a city. If this is an issue, a 4-wheeled buggy may be the better choice for you.
