The TAVO Next is a budget friendly stroller that can accommodate children weighing up to 50 pounds. It is very spacious and the seat reclines and lies flat. It's also very easy to open and close and comes with an XXL canopy with venting and peek-a-boo windows. Nuna updated the TAVO harness for 2021 by adding Magnetech Secure Snap. This allows it to be securing safely and easily with one hand.

While the TAVO is a great option for parents who want to save money, it's not the best choice if you want to use a bassinet or have an reversible seat. It can only face one way and doesn't accommodate a car seat or other accessories such as the bassinet stand or cup holder, rain cover or child snack tray. If you're looking for something more then the MIXX Next is a better choice since it can accommodate all of these items.

We love that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move which makes it ideal for parents who want to get out and explore. It's more expensive than other two-in-one prams but it's worth the cost as the quality and function of this model is top-quality.

The stroller has a one-pull safety harness that makes it simple to secure your child into the seat. It also has an adjustable sun canopy that has peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It comes with a tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It snaps together easily and can be on the road in less than 10 minutes. It doesn't have an integrated canopy which means your kids will need to wear their own sunshades if they need extra coverage from the elements.

In our tests and testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It's able to navigate most terrains with ease, although it isn't able to navigate over gravel and grassy areas. It can also be difficult to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch in height. We do not recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy offers a separate underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.

In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage, but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more versatility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to mount their infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scored well on maneuverability, an essential attribute for parents looking for a stroller for travel that can fit in tiny spaces. The Delta is a basic product which is lacking some features that other strollers we tested provide, such as a deep recline or large storage baskets. But it is an excellent choice for families on a tight budget and for those who require an additional stroller for short-term use, like an outing to the zoo.

The LX Side by Side is a light stroller that is easy to turn and push. Its short frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pads ensure an easy ride. It's comfortable for all passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holder.

It also has a large European-style canopy that offers shade from the sun and some protection against light wind. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness for security.

The Delta was constructed in less than three minutes, the quickest time of all the test groups. The manual isn't great and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of the lighter items in our test group and is able to fold flat, making it easy to carry and lift.
