The lawsuit seeks to recover compensation for Monk and Black veterans who were unfairly denied benefits. The lawsuit also seeks to make VA to reconsider tens of thousands of other claims which were incorrectly denied. The lawsuit was filed this week in federal court.
Traumatic Brain Injury
TBI symptoms can be immediate or manifest for days, hours or even weeks later. Certain symptoms (headache, dizziness, fatigue) are physical, whereas others can include emotional, memory, concentration or behavior issues. People suffering from TBI may experience problems with their emotions, concentration, or even behavior. TBI might also have difficulty moving around, or have problems with balance and vision.
