The Benefits of a Standing Desk Treadmill

Many of us spend much of our time sitting at our desks. Using a treadmill under your desk will improve your circulation and burn calories. It will also motivate you to move throughout the day.

Our research revealed that the majority of treadmill desk users were motivated to use their desks for health-related reasons.

Humans are supposed to be up and moving throughout the day, rather than sedentary at our desks.
