How a Coffee Machine Works

The Reservoir

The Hot-Water Tube

A small aluminum tube connects your coffee maker's reservoir to the showerhead or faucet (also known as the showerhead). The tube is lined with insulation to ensure that the water stays hot while it travels from section to section.
