Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the company to maximize synergies across its brands and extend its product portfolio and reach to 200 million people across the globe.

The company also has created a new senior leadership team to steer the next phase of growth. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer. Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. Alongside overseeing the global stewardship of the Natura brand as well as overseeing the company's global operations, she will be responsible for the company's innovations and operations outside of Latin America.

Prior to joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever and held a variety of positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations and Logistics.

Ferreira is also a member of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department at the company. He isn't a spend first, ask questions later kind of person.

Angela Cretu

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. Acosta joined the company as Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

He worked for many years at Unilever before joining Avon. He has extensive experience in building consumer-focused businesses and establishing businesses in emerging markets. He is also an investor and a member of the board of directors at RoC Skincare New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he has overseen the development of a new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an apprentice in management. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-ranking posts within Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 until 2004. His responsibilities included overseeing the most recognizable brands of the company such as Dove. At the same time he was also involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty an international initiative which launched new products like Pro Age.

After serving as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, Avon sales leader commission structure he took on a larger international role. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was located in New York during this period.

Jim Scully is also a director at Avon and is a board member for J.Jill. His new role at Avon will allow the company to execute its strategic plan. He brings strong operational experience to the Avon.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has vast experience in e-commerce managing customers, customer management and implementation of growth strategies.

In the meantime the Neiman Marcus Group is looking for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives have been appointed.
