Veterans Disability Lawsuit - How to File a Veterans Disability Lawsuit

A lawsuit involving veterans' disabilities could be the answer for many veterans disability attorney who suffer from disabilities as a result of their military service. The Department of Veterans Affairs offers benefits to veterans, including medical treatment and special programs.

However, getting those benefits is disproportionately difficult for Black veterans, according to a new lawsuit filed on Monday. The suit was filed on behalf of Conley Monk Jr. by Yale Law School's Veterans Legal Services Clinic.

PTSD

The lawsuit seeks compensatory damage for Monk and Black veterans who were wrongfully denied benefits. The lawsuit also seeks to force VA to reassess tens of thousands of claims that were wrongly denied. The lawsuit was filed in federal court this week.

Traumatic Brain Injury
