At WEST/Nantucket Swimming, we are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to lead swimming programs and provide lessons to children of all ages and skill levels in Oak Bluffs, MA. The Hedingham Sharks, a TSA swim club, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with competitive swimming and coaching experience. Our Head Coach will lead the coaching staff and our approximately 100 swimmers with enthusiasm and positivity while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork. Proceeds will go to the American Heart Association of Maine. This is highly reducing the transformation of stress to the heart. I would like to thank swim coach Kirsten Read for proving that a 70 year old can improve their swimming technique and become faster. Liam is 15 months old. Liam loves the water. She loves to be near me and is quick with a smile. And I love her smile. We have managed more time together and I love that time. Oh how I love her.

Regardless of what age you begin teaching a cat, training requires an extensive amount of patience and time. I think what she doesn't like is being away from me at home, but she claims school is boring. Water-based exercises like swimming are said to slow down the rate of the ageing process. She has tried dance, tennis, and now swimming as sports to replace gymnastics. Katelyn is in 4th grade now with Mrs. Rogers.
