Baby Jogger City Select 2

The City Select 2 was released in summer 2021 and replaces the older City Select and City Select LUX strollers. It has 24 different seating configurations, and can be made into triple strollers by adding an incline board. (second seat and the car seat are sold separately). The stroller is 20% smaller and weighs less than the previous models. It also comes with a fantastic range of accessories like an abdominal bar (included in the Eco Collection version), the second seat, a handmuff for parents and a console for parents.

The large storage basket can hold a lot of equipment. They also appreciated how easily the seats reclined and there was plenty of legroom for both children. The brake pedal is easy to access and can be operated using one hand. The stroller is larger and is more difficult to maneuver, but is worth it for parents who like spacious strollers.

Another feature we love is that the City Select 2 is compatible with Baby Jogger, Britax, Graco, Chicco and Maxi-Cosi infant car seats (adapters sold separately). This means you can use a single jogging stroller or double stroller from birth and the time you reach toddlerhood.

The stroller isn't cheap but it's probably the only stroller you'll need to purchase, so if you can afford it we think it's worth the cost. This is particularly true when you consider the quality and durability of the design. The finish is gorgeous and the fabric connections are sturdy without broken or twisted. The 5-point harness snaps easily together, has some adjustments and is suitable for children of all sizes. The seat cover is machine washable with cold water and most users said it was easy to remove and then reattach.

Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

The Delta Children LX Side-by-Side is an excellent choice if you're looking for a double travel stroller. It's easy to move and can be tucked away into tight spaces. This stroller weighs 20 lbs and has seats that can accommodate children up to 50 pounds each. The large canopy provides protection from rain, sun and wind. The seats can also recline to ensure the children with a comfortable ride. The stroller is shorter than the majority of other strollers in our tests. It can be opened to a 29-inch width which allows it to fit in the standard doorways of 30 inches.

This stroller earned a low grade for user-friendliness in our test, but that's partly because it's so bare-bones: There are no storage bins, or a deep recline in the seats, and the only cup holder is a small plastic container on the handlebars. It does have a 5-point harness with double-rethread buckles, which are more comfortable to adjust than the single infant stroller-rethread buckles that are found on many other strollers.

During our test, we analyzed the ease of being able to turn around, fold, and move the products. Travel strollers often have limited space in the trunk of cars which is why folding and unfolding them is an absolute requirement. Products that fold quickly and take only a few steps scored higher and also those with automatic locks. Strollers which can be folded by one hand and remain upright when folded scored high.

The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 is the easiest-to-push and turn, while the Mountain Buggy Nano takes a bit more effort to handle but still scores well in our test. The new Delta Children LX Side by Side is incredibly lightweight, with a folding frame that's nearly as compact as of the top umbrella strollers. Its minimalist design and affordable cost make it a desirable option for parents looking for an umbrella stroller that is easy to carry, lift, and put away.

Mockingbird

The mockingbird is a multi-faceted songbird with the ability to mimic other birds and sounds. The bird has a wide variety of sounds, and can even mimic car alarms! Certain species of mockingbirds are threatened. The northern mockingbird, Mimus polyglottos, is an omnipresent bird that is found in many suburbs. It is one of the most popular songbirds of North America and can be seen throughout the country. The bird is also extremely territorial and defends its territory. It attacks intruders including house pets, hawks and even animals larger than it.

The Mockingbird is plain in appearance and weighs less than two ounces. It is between nine and 11 inches in length including the tail. Males and females are alike in appearance, although males have a larger head. Mockingbirds are monogamous and they typically are a couple for life. They construct their nests, often using nests that are partially constructed from previous years, and raise two to four broods per year, each starting with an average of four eggs. The mockingbird is a master in mimicry, and can mimic the songs of other animals, including cats, owls, and thrashers.

People used to keep mockingbirds in captivity as pets. Their population plummeted dramatically in the 19th century. The Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1919 protected the bird from the confinement of eggs and egg collection, however, other threats posed by humans persist. The northern mockingbird for instance, is at risk of poisoning with pesticides as well as collisions with buildings. The Floreana and Espanola mockingbirds are both critically endangered. They have a narrow range, and a small population. Mockingbirds are a beloved symbol in southern culture that are featured in folk tales, literature, and artwork. It is the state bird of Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Harper Lee's bestselling novel To Kill a Mockingbird also featured the bird. The novel is about race and loss of innocence.
