Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to taste. It softens and transforms into warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa adds citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that is delicious by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water is then forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, as this can result in unpleasant components in your cup.
