Buying a Pram Newborn

Prams and pushchairs are the multi-functional, multi-purpose allies of parents and caregivers. They are the co-pilots of your child's next adventure.

A newborn pram is dedicated to newborns and babies. It has the most solid, sturdy carrycot with soft and secure walls.

A pram is typically equipped with a bassinet. However, it can be converted into a stroller seat once baby is ready.

Safety

Newborns should be protected to the greatest extent possible. Purchasing a stroller or pram equipped with safety features will ensure that your baby is safe and safe during their travels. The essential requirements for any pram or stroller include a functioning brake, a 5-point safety harness (2 shoulder straps, 2 waist straps and an Crotch strap) and the wrist tether strap that is for the person pushing the pram. It's not recommended to hang bags or other things off the handles as they could fall and hit your baby in the head.

Comfort

It is crucial that babies have the option to lie flat, as this promotes lung and back development. A lot of prams come with cocoons or carrycots that creates a cozy, nest-like environment for your baby and is able to be removed from the frame. Convenience

When purchasing a newborn pram, it is essential to consider your baby's transport needs. Some prams include carrycots, a bassinet or a seat that can recline to a flat position.
