A good thermocouple is crucial to keep the same temperature.

Pressure

During the brewing procedure, espresso machine coffee is pushed through finely ground coffee grounds that have been stamped. This causes chemical reactions which draw out flavors, oils and other soluble ingredients. The beverage produced is usually richer and more flavorful.

The ideal espresso machine's pressure is nine bars of pressure which is equivalent to the atmospheric pressure at sea level. This is due to the fact that it is at this pressure that the coffee bean's soluble components are the easiest to extract.

Some espresso machines boast up to 20 bars of pressure. Although these machines can attain these levels of pressure, they may not be able to maintain the pressure level throughout the extraction.

Water

Beans
